All of our feather backs are hand made. Each hat is taken apart and sewn back together on industrial sewing machines. These hat are extremely high quality, there is no glue used on these hats. This is not a quick hot glue gun version of a custom feather back hat you see online. Our designer hand picks the fabric/skin to go on each hat. This Tampa Bay Rays Strapback Hat features the fish fabric. This will not be found anywhere else but Sunken Booty. Please note that all custom hats are hand made.
