Q: Is this site secure?

Q: Can I check the status of my order?
A:You can check the status of your order by responding to your order confirmation email. Once your product is boxed and ready we will send you another email with tracking details.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Sunkenbooty.com accepts most major credit cards as well as payment through Paypal and Authorize.net Checkout.
Q: When do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax is charged only when shipping to the state of Florida. Tax is 7.0%
Q: What if the item I want is sold out?
A: Although we make every effort to have a fully updated inventory of items listed on our site, we often sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock please stay patient with us because we are trying to restock on items. If you order an item that is out of stock but not show out of stock on the site you will be notified via email.
Q: What if I encounter errors during checkout?
A: If you are having trouble checking out or processing your order make sure you have a active Paypal account. Also the password because you will be prompted to sign in to your account to complete the transaction. If you are using Authorize.net ensure that you have input the correct information. You will receive a conformation email once your payment has been successfully captured. If you do not receive the email than you have not been charged.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Rates are shown after adding products to your cart. Sunkenbooty.com does not ship multiple addresses per order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 10:00am CST will begin processing the next business day. We will do everything in our power to get your order out the next business day and 99.999% of orders get fullfilled within 2 business days. Should there be a delay, we will contact you with details. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier, weekends and holidays. Sunkenbooty.com holds the right to refuse shipping on any order.
