Today the hat has evolved into a fashion icon. One of the well know styles today is the classic SnapBack. The SnapBack Hat has been around since the Babe Ruth era “1950′s”. The SnapBack took the roll of an athletes style of hat. It was seen in the NBA,NHL,MLB,NFL.. Normally after a championship has been won. In the 1980′s they were started to be worn by many celebrities and rappers, as a fashion icon. They were well known for the adjustable tabs on the back. These tabs will let you change the width of the crown so it will fit on your head meaning they are usually a one size fits all. That is where the name SnapBack came from. More towards the 1990,s- 2000′s more and more SnapBack companies like Mitchell and Ness, American Needle, and Zephyr reached out to Major Leagues to design SnapBacks for their teams. Now you can get a SnapBack for any major team. Starting in in the year 2012 the SnapBack Hat has now become the most fashionable icon for your head. Within a short period of time designers have taking the SnapBack to a new level. They have made it now their personal custom hat. Designers now have made a SnapBack into a Custom Brim SnapBack. A Custom Brim is a make over done to the hat. The designer completely disassembles the visor from the crown and strips the original fabric from it. They later assemble new fabric, or animal hide to fit back on the hat. The next step is to sew the hat back together step by step. Now after assembly the classic SnapBack has now involved into the new style Custom Brim SnapBack. Sunkenbooty.com has the biggest variety of Custom Brim Snapbacks, such as the LA Raiders Custom Brim. Designers have been known to do their own little signatures to their hats. As seen on Sunkenbooty.com they use a custom hand stamped leather Strap instead of a SnapBack. They have also a custom designed pin that stands out on the back of the hat to match their pirate theme. One of their most recognized custom brim Strapbacks is the Vintage Chicago Bulls Strapback with 100% Real Snake Skin Brim.
“Here We Rise”
As the current Sacramento Kings marketing phase suggest, We also here at Sunken Booty wrap our future within these words “Here We Rise”. For the Kings a proud NBA west division powerhouse, that has fallen on a period of mediocrity years, a new flame has ignited. The drafting of Tyreke Evans from Memphis, DeMarcus Cousins from Kentucky, and Jimmer Fredette from Brigham Young gives them young blood and with a strong support team of Salmons, Thornton, Outlaw and Thomas helps shift this team back into a team to be reckoned with.
The Kings have strong roots and can be traced back to the early years of NBA. This team started all the way across the county as the Rochester Royals. 1n 1951 the Royals won the only franchise NBA Championship but struggled financially in Rochester . In 1957 the team was moved to Cincinnati and a couple years later drafted same Cat named The Big “O”. Oscar Robertson was a high flying player that averaged a triple double in the 61 – 62 season. Jerry Lucas joined the team a few years later but could never get past the Boston Celtics or the Milwaukee Bucks.
By 1972 the team moved again this time to become the Kansas City Kings. Many talented NBA players laced up their sneakers and wore a KC Kings jersey. Nate Archibold, Van Arsdale, “Jumpin” Johnny Green, Matt Guakas just to name a few.
In 1985 the team sold for 11 million dollars and moved to Sacramento. Early years of off court injuries and death to players helped keep the team from reaching goals of long playoff runs. In the 91 season Mitch Richmond joined the team and a new era began. When Chris Webber landed in Sacramento along with Vlade Divec, Peja Stojakovic, Doug Cristie and Corliss Williamson the Sports Illustrated labeled this team “The Greatest Show On Court”. This team enjoyed many great playoff seasons but always ended just short of their championship goals.
This leads us straight into the “Here We Rise” era the Kings find themselves in now. When we here at Sunken Booty were contacted by Kings management to do a collab with them we felt like “Here We Rise” also. A huge shout out to the Sacramento Kings for allowing us to make these Sacramento Kings Custom SnapBack Strapback caps. It was a great honor for us to be part do this collab and we think they looked great. We enjoy the relationship forged with the Kings during this work. Together both the Sacramento Kings & Sunken Booty say “HERE WE RISE”.

Not me any more
Last night was the start of the NBA 2012-2013 basketball season and for me I’ve taken my Orlando Magic snapback hat off and put it on the self. This doesn’t mean I don’t plan on following the Magic or the NBA this season but it is a sure tell sign that my interest in professional sports is at a all time low.
As I’ve grow older the thrill of watching over paid professional athletes running up and down a court or field chasing different types of balls has lost its glitter. Even more so with the different leagues, more so the NBA, allowing a few teams, and I say chosen teams, to stock pile what appears to be heavy favored talent to win it all makes watching pro basketball a waste of time for me. Realize that fact that I was a season ticket holder for 22 years with the Magic, making me old money that bought season tickets through the thin and thick years. I seen 25 win seasons where I wouldn’t have given up my tickets for the world. I’ve sat there in winning season and watched playoff series good and bad.
I realize the fact that in the pasted there has been the dominate teams, the Bulls in the 90′s, the Celtics and Lakers, and more recent the Spurs but for some reason I could live with that. Why then and not now?
Is the sport over hyped in every way. Is part of the reason that only certain teams will be televised nationally 30 plus times where others may have 1 opportunity to showcase their talent? Has the NBA sold out their brand to where I’m just tired of reading, watching, hearing it?
Am I tired of how I perceive the league handles the so called superstars? ie calls or lack there of, face time, exposure. Am I tired of how the teams handles the so called superstars? ie pushing coaches out, pampering, catering to their every whim.
Has my die hard love for professional sports left me for ever? Do I just not care any more about grow men or women playing a game, A GAME, and making millions of dollars to do so? When did my time become more valuable not to spend large amount of money to sit and watch these events? I miss my Orlando Magic SnapBack Hat and at times the rush I used to get watching professional sports.
I guess professional sports is a young mans game both participating in and watching. The leagues and teams both seem to cater more to them in marketing and advertising. Funny thing though we all get older, do we all go through the same I’m over it feeling? Maybe to different degrees!!!
Hey National Basketball Association don’t toss me out with the trash. I hope to again wear my Orlando Magic SnapBack Hat .
Houston Rocket SnapBack
5 Years 80 Million WHAT???
Anybody following the National Basketball Association today knows that James Harden the 6th man on the Okc Thunder last year was traded to the Houston Rockets a couple days before the season opener. The Thunder reportedly had offered Harder a 4 year 55 million DOLLAR contact that was not accepted by him. Within days the management of the Thunder moved Harden receiving young talent and future draft picks.
Houston Rocket SnapBack wearers received in Harden a young scoring 2 guard that they felt would give them the offensive presence to score nightly and a go to guy at crunch time. The Rockets immediately signed Harden to the max deal allowed at 5YEARS 80 MILLION DOLLARS. WOW!!! I like James Harden and know that with that kind of money he should be able to set up his family for generations to come without the worries that many folks today face. I don’t begrudge Harden for getting that kind of money either even though this is a GAME played 82 times for a couple hours a night over the course of 7-8 months a year.
It’s what makes the USA great, that free enterprise can generate that kind of money to pay 1 player $195,000.00 for 35 to 40 minutes to dribbling and shoot a round ball through a round hoop 10 feet off the floor. Oh by the way that about $5,600.00 dollars a minute. Houston Rocket Snapback wearers don’t care about that kind of money paid out, National Basketball Association lovers don’t care about that kind of money.
I haven’t heard any real loud protest for any Wall Street Occupiers either about what the Rockets have guaranteed Harden they will pay him over the next 5 years. WHY?
Isn’t Harden now one of the hated, rich, power hungry, money hoarded, none sharing capitalist PIGS that the Occupiers have been protesting against the last couple years. If this was one of the CEO,s of a multi-million dollars wall street company signing a contact to bring home that same percent of his companies earning that Harden just did with the Rockets all HELL would brake lose. Why then is it wrong for oil execs or CEOs of companies employing thousand of people and making millions of profit to make huge paycheck? Why is it wrong enough for thousand for people to picket, say nasty thing about them and generally show large amount of disrespect towards them but not say or do a thing towards the Rockets or Harden.
Occupy Wall Street movement can’t just pick and choose certain things or people to protest against. They have to be consistent or why or how can I get behind their movement. Everyone today wants consistency, I do with my job, Harden certainly does with his play and calls he may or may not get on the court. Why then should not Occupy Wall Strret followers, seems to me if our going to just pick a choose who and what to protest against one wouldn’t have much ground to stand their movement on.
Either don’t do it or do it all!!!!
Mean time James have a great year, take care of your family and enjoy the the GAME Houston Rocket SnapBack wearers.
The Hawaii Warriors represents the University of Hawaii. They are in the NCAA Division I FBS college football league. Their colors as seen in our “Tropical” Hawaii Warriors Strapback Hat are green and black. The hat has the teams stitched logo on the front with the teams colors green and black. The Hawaii Warriors name has been unstable since the year 2000. There has been a lot of controversy about their old name “The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors”. They have come across multiple names as the current name Hawaii Warriors, Rainbow Warriors’ to the Fighting Green Turtles. But over time they decided to move away from the Rainbow Warriors due to controversial issues. As seen on our Hat We use a tropical print fabric on the brim to symbolize the beautiful oasis of Hawaii. If you have ever been to Hawaii, one of the first things you do when you get there is get laid by a beautiful lei made of hibiscus flowers. Looking carefully at the flowers stitched on the brim, this is what you call the Hibiscus. This flower is the National Flower of Hawaii, other known as ” pua aloalo” or “pua ma’o hau hele”. So if you want to feel tropical or support your team get your hands on one of Sunken Booty’s Custom Brim Hawaii Warrior “Tropical” Strapback today.
Although the Gators had a rocky past year, they have really come through with a great showing so far. So we re greatly honored to represent the Florida Gator Snapback hat on our site. With the Gator hat the colors are a clashing masterpiece that look good with almost anything. As Gator Nation continues rise so will the popularity of the hat. So be the first one in your group to rock this Florida Gator Snapback hat. With the Gators in title contention they need stop play form there rising star of an offence, and punishing defense all game every game having to play top 5 teams over the next couple of weeks. The strong offence they will be looking for there answers from sophomore QB Jeff Driskel, and Mike Gillislee at RB. Now that Florida has got there Tebow like QB standing 6 foot 4, and weigh in at 237, almost identical to the ex-super star QB Tim Tebow. Even though Gillislee doesn’t resemble a great star he is going to leave his mark in the Gators offense, having great speed and power to move the defense back on their toes. With the gators having a historical past it is hard for any team to make a mark in their line of greats but think they have found some one that can do it. It doesn’t natter what Florida Gator Strapback hat you are going to rep they are all going to make an impression on any on that sees you. As long as you wear the hat with pride you will be part of Gator Nation.

Washington Redskins Snapback Hat
After one game no one knows but the signs are good. RG3 first start was a surprising success to the New Orleans Saints. The Washington Redskins and RG3 came to the super dome and outplayed the Saints in a game that saw him pass for 320 yards with 2 touchdown and no ints. The Redskins offense held the ball for double the time of the Saints leaving the Redskins offense to be a great defense against the Saints. RG3 showed mature leadership in the pocket, with his decision making that of someone who’s done it before.
The question for the Redskins is can they keep RG3 healthy the whole year. His mobility in the pocket and speed getting out of it and downfield may leave him takin big shots. The offensive line did well this past week but use that game as a learning step in getting better. Also kudos to the coaching staff for a great called game. The play selection utilized RG3′s strong points well and let him find his groove in leading them to his first professional football victory. Toss those Redskins vintage snapbacks high into the air because the future looks bright.
Andrew Luck and the Indy Colts did not fair as well in the win loss column. Lucks Colts went into a Bears den in Chicago. The bears defense at times made Luck look like he was starting is first professional football game. Luck finished the game with 309 passing yard, 1 TD but 3 int’s.
His offensive line gave up 3 sacks and many knockdowns.
Luck’s shoes must have felt like they were 5 or 6 sizes to big, he starts his first game in Indy replacing a legend that is still writing his final pages. The Colts let Peyton Manning exchange his Colts SnapBack during the off year for one of the Denver Broncos snapbacksbz allowing Luck then to fill those shoes in Indy.
One game into their football career can you guess which one leads his team to a Super Bowl victory first or at all. Well it be the Colts SnapBack that gets lifted on top of the SB trophy on will it look like a Redskins SnapBack Hat.
To error is human……
Last night saw a lot of Seattle Seahawks SnapBack Hats get tossed into the air at the completion of the Monday Night Football game. It also saw as many Green Bay Packers SnapBack get smashed to the ground or against the wall.
The governing body of the National Football League has been in contract dispute with the striking referees so far this season. The League has brought in semi pro refs to over see the games through last night. Just in case you were on a different planet the calling of the games through week 3 of this season has been somewhat, at best, in question. No calls, questionable calls, wrong calls, wrong yards marked off, wrong, wrong, wrong.
Let it be said here that if the regular refs had been in these games many of the calls could have/would have been called the same. So what is the big deal. Why is there such a outcry today about the inconsistently of these refs. Are they really that incompetent that even after looking at instinct replay they can’t get the right calling th? Are they truly watching the same game everyone else is.
As of now no major injury has occurred because of this, but games have been decided by these refs. Is that what the National Football League wanted? Do they truly want these Semi Pro refs making game deciding disessions.
Now does the National Football League cow tail down and give in to the on going strike talks, or do we watch more of the same game calling that there was this past weekend.
It’s time the owners and more importantly the paying fans help both side come to a speedy reisalution. The integrity of the league is at line. All football lovern SnapBack wearin fans along with players deserve it.
So all those Green Bay Packer SnapBack wearers need to picked up their SnapBack and realize to error is human to forgive is well…….. Not in us today!!!!!!
New York vs. Brooklyn
Knicks vs Nets
In recent years neither of these basketball teams have given their home town fans much to cheer. Times may be changing! New Jersey Nets no sorry the Brooklyn Nets open their brand new state of the art arena this year along with a revamped team that is pushing hard for a playoff run in the post season,
With Deron Williams leaving his home town Dallas Mavs searching for point guard help, Joe Johnson a proven shooter joining him in the backcourt, this twosome are sure to cause matchup problems for many a team. The Nets pickup Gerald Wallace to play SF with his defense and rebounding help will help last years PF Kris Humphries and a healthy C in Brooke Lopez.
Young G Marshon Brooks could be 6th man of the year and PF/C Reggie Evans gives a toughness they need in the middle. The defense minded coach Avery Johnson seems to have many of the missing parts that the new Brooklyn Nets have been searching for. We know for sure that many a Brooklyn Net Snapbacks are going to be seen bill boarding the Nets all across New York
The Knicks roster all centers around Carmelo Anthony. Now that he has a year behind him in the big trade that brought him to the Knicks look for him to take full charge of this team. If Amare and Melo can find a way to coexist on the court together it makes this team that much better. Look for Jason Kidd and Baron Davis to lead this team at point. Last years defensive player of the year solidifies the middle with Chandler at Center. JR Smith can still be productive but the Knicks still need help at SG.
Losing Jeremy Lin will not be much off a factor on the court, more of a factor off court in merchandise sells. The other concern will be the health of Iman Shumpert. His defensive aggressiveness will be missed if he is not ready at the start of the year. Steve Novak must continue that hot shooting from the perimeter. Mike Woodson has to be able to handle New York City pressures from all angles.
New York Knicks Snapbacks could be offer taken by the Brooklyn Nets Snapbacks.
It will be great for the city of New York to have two teams in the NBA fighting the who.e year for playoff position. The wars the teams will have against each moth will be great for professional basketball as will for each franchise. In the end maybe its the best for us the fans to watch this two teams make war against each other.
Which vintage SnapBack do you think will be carried the highest this year. New York Knicks SnapBack or the Brooklyn Nets SnapBack?? Going to be fun to watch.

Where Has Proud Gone!!!!!!
Years ago being born in a city of several million people one developed a since of being proud of or having pride in that city. Stop and ask someone today if their proud of the city they live in we’re not sure you would receive the same answer. We at SB wanted to take a more in depth look at proud/pride to see what question could be answered.
Webster Dictionary defines proud as:
1. Feeling or showing pride
A. Having or displaying excessive self-esteem
B. much pleased exultant (filled with or expression of joy)
C. having proper/reasonable self-respect
D. showing of humility, lowly, modest
WOW!! SB in not here to get into a big debate on the above definition but let’s look at this and how it pertains to our sports hero’s of today. When we drop a Chicago Bulls SnapBack on and wear in proudly do we support the Chicago Bulls or today do we wear it because we like the design or colors? Do we have a feeling of pride or display self-esteem when we use that vintage SnapBack as a billboard for all to see? Does having Chicago Bulls snapback as our lid cover give us a reason for pride, to be glorious, spirited or vigorous in our action? Maybe!!!! Maybe we just like the looks and don’t actually support the Chicago Bulls! Maybe we don’t have feelings of pride or being proud of much of anything any more! What, no PROUD feelings impossible.
How do we learn/see other display the emotion of pride or being proud. If we look to our sports hero’s one can see two distinct different paths. Today with the it’s a business run as a business felling, finding proud/pride amongst the athletes of ones favorite sports franchise could be difficult. Who shoulders more of that responsibility for this occurrence, the franchise or the athlete. The franchise trying to make a buck or the athlete trying to make a buck.
We don’t know, don’ t pretend to have a answer. It could be a multitude of reason, circumstances that loaded all together still won’t give you a good answer. That doesn’t make the Chicago Bull snapback wearer any more or less proud or prideful than before.
We can venture to say that we should become more proud and show more pride in things that directly impact our lives.
Strive to make family and friends proud of how you wear that Chicago Bull SnapBack. Let their pride reflect each day in how you pursue your life dreams.
We at SB want to give a s/o to one of our family members for accomplishing a milestone they strived to reach. Hard work over many a year has now shown its reward. One last level to reach so keep your eye on your goal and we know that you will then be wearing that vintage SnapBack with all the pride one can have.
Way to go girl!!!!!

As the Pittsburgh Pirates continue their pursuit of wining the World Series Championship by playing hard games to the end and dedicating their time to the game that they love. I think that these are the reasons that Pirates have such a good rage of people wearing the snapback hat, because of how motivated the team is to better themselves every chance that they get, and that’s the kind of team that that people would want to rep. As the season continues the Pittsburgh Pirates find themselves three games behind Cincinnati in the National League central, but with some good play from A.J. Burnett, and Andrew McCutchen they could take over the number one spot in the Central. A.J. has came up big for his team so far leading the Pirates to a record of 12-3 under him pitching letting only 45 earned runs, and giving up 11 homeruns. With Andrew leading his team in batting average (.368), homeruns (22) and runs batted in (66). Although the Pittsburgh Pirates snapback hats keep it simple with two colors with black and yellow keeping it clean and it goes with almost anything that you would wear out. Now whether your going to hang put with friends, going to school, or just chilling at your crib the clean colors of this Pirates snapback hat will be a great choice for most situation of your everyday life.

Oregon Ducks SnapBack Hat
There is some simple facts about the Oregon ducks that not many people know, let’s look.
1. In past history the Oregon Duck offense has been the talk of town, and you can probable name some of the offense members, but did you know it was a high school defensive player with the highest rankings of all players to step on the Ducks field. Haloti Ngata ranked second overall went to Oregon.
2. Oregon isn’t known for its football program really until the mid 1990s. Except that only 7 schools have had more nfl players inducted into the hall of fame, USC, Michigan, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Alabama, Pittsburgh, Syracuse
3. The Oregon Duck stadium is named after a Oregon State coach.
4. In 1983 the Ducks played in what is called today a game called the Civil War. In a downpour they battled to a 0-0 tie. This was the last such tie in NCAA division 1 since then. You can bet there was some soaked Oregon Duck snapbacks that day.
5. This game was between two teams that date back to the 7th oldest rivalry in College football. Older than Florida/Georgia , USC/Notre Dame, Texas/Oklahoma and Ohio State/Michigan. The Oregon/Oregon State game you can bet never leaves a Ducks SnapBack or Beavers SnapBack on ones head.
6 Oregon may now be known best now for the crazy jersey uniforms that they were. They have become trend setting in the fashion field.
7. The Ducks have played in 3 straight BCS games 2 Rose Bowl appearances along with a National Title game.
8. Go to a game at Oregon and hear between 3rd and 4th quarters the song “shout”. If you forgot where you may have heard the song before did you watch Animal House the movie and the toga party scene. It was filmed at the school had has become a tradition since.

As the hornets don’t have very historic past playing their first game on November 4th, 1988, they do have one of the most popular snapback hats. Now I don’t know why its so popular but it think its, because of the colors of light blue and they purple being one of the louder combinations. Now as the years went by the 1996 draft came up and the drafted Kobe 13th overall and traded him to the Lakers, and Kobe becomes one of the best NBA players. When the Charlotte Hornets Became the New Orleans in 2002 they didn’t have a good out look until they drafted Chris Paul in 2005. When Chris got drafted 4th overall he made a big impact with his play having 16 points, 2 steals, 5 rebounds, almost 8 assists. When Chris got traded he left a big hole that the team couldn’t fill leaving them to a bad season. NBA’s true’s top dog
Since the start of the nba there has always been the argument of who truly is the greatest of all time. How would you measure the greatest ? Would you base it strictly off of championships? Then why is bill russle never praised as the best? Not only does Bill have the most championship, but the NBA Finals mvp trophy is named after him. 11 times the shot blocking machine hoisted the NBA world champions trophy. All 11 times he wore the Boston Celtics SnapBack Hat with pride.
Or are you someone who supports MJ being the greatest of all time? Michael Jordan was one of the most revolutionizing NBA athletes. During his legendary career he wore his Chicago bulls SnapBack Hat with the most swagger in the league. All while winning 6 nba world championships.
No matter how you decided who the greatest of all time is just envision all the world class athletes and influential people who have graced the NBA. Furthermore the honor it was to wear an NBA Snapback Hat as an official member of the league.
Allen Iverson Philadelphia 76ers Vintage SnapBack Hat
Despite his lack of experience in the sport, in February 2012, towards the end of their regular season, the Rochester Lancers, a pro indoor soccer team made Iverson a contract offer for $20,000 (U.S.) per game with a bonus of $5,000 for every goal scored along with merchandise bonuses and the local hosting of his friends and family for the duration of his stay. Isn’t that what made Allen famous?
No, maybe your thinking of the high school basketball and football star that lead his team to state 3A championships in the same year. Or maybe the the young 5 foot something 160 pound dripping wet, college freshman rookie of the year defensive player. Followed that up with school records for points per game and defensive player of year in conference.
No, no it must be because he was the number one pick overall in the National Basketball Associations 1996
draft by the Philadelphia 76ers, and then went ahead and became rookie of the year in the NBA and first team rookie of the year honors. He average 23 plus point and continued his excellent defensive play. If not any of this the it just had to be the fact that he Ended is career average 26.7 point per game with 6.7 assist per game. He keep that defensive mind set throughout his playing time with 2.5 steals per game. He lead the 76ers to the NBA championship series in the 2000-2001 season losing to the L A Lakers. 9 time NBA All Star and 1 time MVP for the year were other awards that he had.So that for sure must have been what made Allen famous right.
I don’t know but let’s just throw out this last little tidbit for discussion. Seems like we heard once about some kind of practice. Something like its just practice we are talking about, not like a game just practice. Who needs practice, we are still just sitting here talking about just practice right. We don’t know Allen sure didn’t need it, that Philadelphia 76ers retro SnapBack sure looked good on him didn’t it.
For our Snapback Picture of The Day we had to honor the NBA great AI and his Philadelphia 76ers Vintage SnapBack. His unique style of play and trash talk revolutionized the new age point guard. This Philadelphia 76ers Vintage SnapBack Hat captures all of Iverson unique skill. The 76ers stand out in bright bold red scrip, the addition of the retro Philadelphia 76ers logo on the side makes this snapback a true classic.
I AM NOT A ROLL MODEL!
Charles Barkley is one of the most out spoken people in both basketball and the entire world. Barkley was a force to be reckoned with coming out of the University Of Auburn. Barkley was always an undersized forward but could bang with the biggest. Charles always had a knack for rebounding, during his 16 year NBA career he had an average of 11.7 rebounds per game. Not only could he rebound and play defense but he could almost score at will. During his 1993 season with the Phoenix Suns Barkley averaged 25.6 points and was names the NBA MVP of the season. No matter what team Barkley was on he wore his snapback proud.
We had to chose this classic picture of Sir Charles with our Snapback Picture of The Day. This Philadelphia 76ers Snapback Hat is a true classic. The red crown and red bill stand out loud. Barkley was one that could easily wear such a bright Philadelphia 76ers Snapback Hat because of his dynamic personality and basketball ability. This Retro Philadelphia 76ers Snapback Hat has been re-released from mitchell and ness because it was such a popular style. If you are one who either supports the Philadelphia 76ers or are a Charles Barkley fan this Snapback Picture of The Day should make you proud.
Be sure and check back tomorrow for the next snapback picture of the day!

Not only did he win 4 Super Bowls but he is apart of one of the most memorable throws and catches in NFL history. Joe Montana was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000. Not only did he win every Super Bowl he played in, but he was elected to 8 Pro Bowl Selections. We had to honor Joe Montana with the Snapback Picture of the day to show support for historic career.

The Red crown with yellow bill are a great compliment to the Chiefs script writing across the hat. Does the Miami Heat have what it takes.
The Miami Heat had to live up to a lot of expectations this year. After falling short to the Dallas Mavericks in the 2011 NBA finals, the Miami Heat lived up to their promise that the big three promised the loyal fans. They will win championships! Miami Heat played Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2012 nba finals. It was a very good match up between the experienced Miami Heat taking control of the young inexperienced Oklahoma city thunder. The question is. Will Miami Heat have what it takes with there new additions to there team with two more all-stars Ray Allen coming from the Boston Celtics braking apart the three amigos. and Rashard Lewis leaving the Washington Wizards then paying off his contract with the New Orleans Hornets. Will they get next years ring?

We at Sunken Booty by no means consider ourselves professional scouts or talent experts, but given the experience we have we are not rooks either. 3 summers ago we sat in a AAU tournament at Wide World of Sports in Disney World, Orlando Florida and marveled at how this young 15 year old could do the things on a basketball court that he did. College scouts and coaches lined completely around the court taking notes and discussing among themselves how he would be perfect for their basketball program.
Now jump 3 years later and this young man has become a athletic phenomenon. He can run the floor with best big men, has a leaping ability to jump out of the gym, great lateral quickness gives him the ability to be a great defender, can drive to the rim, or good mid range game.
At 18 he is still several years from maturing physically but around is 7′ 0″. 279 ponds. A wingspan of 7’6″ means he is going to own the paint. The Detroit Pistons SnapBack looks great on him and he has the opportunity to be one of the elite centers in the NBA. Don’t sell this kid short hopefully within this huge body the HEART of a Champion beats within. He has a hug upswing and his destiny lyes in how bad he wants it. The ability is there Detroit has a great shot of getting back to their winning championship ways with him in the paint.
Andre, there is going to mountains and valleys but keep your eye on what is important to you and your family. Have fun doing something you love and remember the game is important but setting goals and striving to improve each day will be important. Take time to what we call smell the roses is important because time will fly by and you will turn around and wonder what happened to TIME.
We look forward to following you and hope only the best.
Detroit Pistons SnapBack Hat will fly high soon
